The wooden box lay cold in the ground. A tall, slim lady with short blonde hair, wearing a classic black shift dress and killer heels, stood alone staring motionless below her. The rose she was clutching complimented her full lips and nails, as the netting from her hat covered the sunglasses framing her face.
Throwing the flower onto the coffin, she blew a kiss before
walking away. Her bottom lip trembled as a sly grin unmasked the pain forged
onto her face.
Deep in the ground, locked in the coffin, was a body frantically
screaming to get out.
